Any form of fraud — including chargebacks, bonus abuse, collusion, use of software to gain unfair advantage, or impersonating another player — will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

Where multiple accounts are identified, all accounts will be suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled, and balances may be forfeited.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with any other person.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 95pkr support immediately. 95pkr is not liable for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised account access where the player has shared their credentials or failed to maintain reasonable security precautions.
All bets and transactions made using your login credentials are considered to have been placed by you and are binding, unless you have formally reported unauthorised access prior to those transactions being placed.
Currency: All deposits, balances, and withdrawals on 95pkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No other currency is accepted or displayed on the platform.
Accepted Payment Methods: 95pkr currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit or credit cards. Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit. Where this is not possible due to technical or policy reasons, 95pkr support will advise on the available alternatives.
Processing Times: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours for standard amounts. Bank transfer and card withdrawals may take 1–2 banking days depending on your bank's processing schedule. Large or unusual withdrawal amounts may be subject to an additional verification step before processing.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts: Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed at the point of transaction. These limits may vary by payment method and account tier. Players in higher account tiers may have access to increased limits.
Verification: 95pkr reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a government-issued ID, proof of payment method ownership, or proof of address. Withdrawals will not be processed until any outstanding verification requirements are satisfied.
All bonuses and promotions offered by 95pkr are subject to specific terms that are stated on the promotion page for each offer. In addition to those specific terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all promotions on the platform.
Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement. This means you must bet a specified multiple of the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) before the bonus balance becomes withdrawable as real funds. The exact multiplier for each promotion is stated on the promotion detail page.
Game Contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward completing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%, while Live Casino and table games may contribute a lower percentage or be excluded entirely. Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated or wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated timeframe result in the bonus being forfeited. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account balance automatically.
Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through low-risk bet patterns, multiple accounts, or coordinated play with other accounts constitutes bonus abuse and is grounds for cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.
Maximum Withdrawal from Bonus Wins: Some promotions specify a maximum amount that can be withdrawn from winnings generated using bonus funds. Where this applies, the limit is stated in the promotion terms and applies regardless of the amount won.
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on 95pkr, including pre-match bets, in-play bets, and accumulator or parlay bets.
Odds: Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds recorded on the confirmed bet slip are the odds that apply to that wager, regardless of subsequent price movements.
Bet Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result of the relevant event as confirmed by the relevant governing body. For Cricket, this includes match results as confirmed by the ICC or the relevant national cricket board. For PSL, results are confirmed by the PCB.
Void Bets: Bets may be declared void in the event of match abandonment, postponement beyond a stated threshold, incorrect odds being offered due to a technical error, or a result that is subsequently overturned by the governing body. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.
In-Play Betting: In-play markets close automatically at defined event points. Bets placed after a market has closed are not accepted. 95pkr takes reasonable steps to ensure in-play markets reflect current match conditions, but accepts no liability for bets placed based on information obtained via sources faster than the platform's official data feed.
Maximum Win: A maximum single-bet or accumulator win limit may apply per event or per day. Where applicable, this limit is stated within the bet placement screen.
All casino games, Slots, Bingo draws, and Fish Game sessions on 95pkr are governed by the rules of the respective game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between the in-game rules and these terms, these terms take precedence for account and payment matters; game-specific rules take precedence for individual game outcomes.
RNG and Fairness: Slots, Bingo, and Fish Games on 95pkr use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. The outcomes of these games are independently determined for each spin, draw, or game round and are not influenced by previous results or by 95pkr operators.
Live Casino: Live Casino games are operated by third-party providers with whom 95pkr has an agreement. Live game results are determined by the physical actions of the live dealer and the relevant game equipment (cards, roulette wheel, etc.). In the event of a technical disconnection during a Live Casino hand or round, the result of that round will be determined by the provider's records and is binding.
Malfunction: In the event of a game malfunction, affected game rounds may be voided. Stakes for voided rounds are returned to the player's wallet. 95pkr is not liable for winnings that were displayed as a result of a malfunction before the error was identified and corrected.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 95pkr and may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable:
95pkr reserves the right to suspend or close a player account at any time and without prior notice if there is reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following has occurred: a breach of these terms, suspicious account activity, suspected fraud, failure to complete verification within a requested timeframe, or a request from the player themselves.
Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance in the account — including winnings and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where an account is voluntarily closed by the player, any real money balance after deduction of pending transaction costs will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
Players who wish to close their account voluntarily must contact 95pkr support and confirm their identity. Accounts are not deleted from records but are deactivated. You may request reactivation by contacting support.
95pkr is an entertainment platform for adults. We take responsible gaming seriously and provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity on the platform. These tools include deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and self-exclusion.
Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and result in the account being locked for the duration of the exclusion period chosen by the player. Where a scheduled maintenance window affects an event you have placed a bet on, the applicable sports betting void rules will apply to any bets that cannot be settled normally.
The 95pkr mobile app is available for Android and iOS. App updates are released from time to time and may be required to continue using the platform on certain devices. 95pkr is not responsible for functionality issues that arise from a player using an outdated version of the app.
95pkr may update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, registered players will be notified via email or an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
